What is Tees for a Cause: EVERY OTHER MONTH we will pre-sale a different limited edition sports-themed design for TWO WEEKS to benefit a cause. After the design's Pre-Sale is over, the design is retired and NOT sold again.  For every shirt sold, a donation is made to a foundation, charity organization, disaster relief, or family in need. TOGETHER we make a difference.

RETURN POLICY: What is the policy for returns/exchanges? Because "Tees for a Cause" is a limited-edition run of print, we only produce as many shirts as were ordered. Also, bundled into your purchase is a donation to the intended beneficiary which gets passed on to that beneficiary at the close of the associated campaign. Therefore:
 
We DO NOT keep any inventory of this shirt design on hand.
We cannot accommodate any requests for returns or exchanges.
You should be very thorough when making your selection. Make sure to refer to our linked sizing charts to ensure a proper fit, and carefully review your order before submitting it.
Order cancellation requests will be honored while the campaign is ongoing; however, once the campaign closes, at that point the sale and donation becomes final and we are unable to cancel the order.
 
But, what if you guys sent me the wrong shirts? We do our best to ensure that everyone receives the correct quantity of the correct items 100% of the time. However, we are human, and there are only a few of us, so errors dooccasionally happen. If you notice an error in your order, please email us immediately at info@gothamcitycrew.com and we will make arrangements to swiftly rectify the situation.
